Two pre-bid meetings will be held for this project for prospective bidders on Thursday, May

22, 2025 at 10:30 am CST and Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 10:30 am CST at 3940 Dr. Martin

Luther King Drive, Saint Louis, MO 63113.

Phase 1 is defined as renovation and demolition of the buildings on the west side of the site. A partial renovation of Building 13, full renovation of Building 14, 15, 17, 18, and demolition of Building 16. Site work includes utilities, paving, lighting and planting on the west side of the site. Work includes new domestic water and new fire sprinkler water connections and new natural gas connection. Electrical services will be reused and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Respondents must familiarize themselves with the provided Drawings and Specifications, and provide a submission that addresses all scope items.
