Public Projects

Central VPA High School and Collegiate High School Renovations and Additions are a multi-pronged set of safety and security improvements to the shared High School building. This project provides new secure entries at the North and South of the school. The South entry improvements include renovating the parking lots and providing exterior storage for equipment. The project also renovates the locker rooms and studios for the dance program. There are alternates that renovate the primary locker rooms for the gymnasium, renovate abandoned restrooms, improve the safety and privacy of the counseling offices, and provide a safe and enclosed exterior courtyard at the former primary entry to the School.

Land Clearance Redevelopment Authority is bidding partial renovations for the Monarch Building (fka Killark Electric). Work in Buildings 13-18. Interior 44,081 SF, exterior and site work ~1.6 acre of the fenced site.

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing Surveying and Monument Control Services for the new Consolidated Terminal Program (CTP) at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL or Airport). The Airport seeks a team who will be responsible for providing Surveying and Monument Control Services at STL.

Project is a 1 story new construction PEMB building with masonry stone band. A new plaza will be constructed between an existing building to the north of the new building project. Interior contains a market, kitchen, classrooms, offices and support spaces.

Project consists for replacement of two elliptical pipe culverts, construction of concrete headwalls, reconstruction of portions of the paved ditch adjacent to the headwalls, sidewalk removal and replacement, and construction of concrete curb ramps and other incidental items along James. S. McDonnell Blvd. at Byassee Dr. and a commercial entrance within Hazelwood, MO.

St. Louis County is soliciting bids to perform sprinkler modifications at the St. Louis County Justice Center in Clayton (“Project”).

The project includes a 6-story, approximately 160,000 SF full-service hotel featuring lobby spaces, restaurant, ballrooms, rooftop bar, terrace space, site work, and landscaping.

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing Engineering Design and Construction Phase Support Services for the new Consolidated Terminal Program (CTP) at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL or Airport). The Airport seeks a design team, who will under the leadership of a prime firm or joint venture, be responsible for providing Design and Construction Phase Support Services for New Concourse Apron at St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
